The Parish Council meets 4 times a year, in January, May, July and October.
Meetings are normally held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm in the Parish Meeting Room in St Peters Church. An agenda is published approximately a week before the meeting. The next meeting is on Tuesday 14th May 2024 at 7.30pm.
Members of the public are invited to attend the meetings. Any member of the parish who wishes to raise an issue should contact the clerk at stokelyne.parishclerk@gmail.com in advance so that it can be added to the agenda.
There is also an Annual Parish Meeting, open to all members of the Parish, to report on the work of the Parish Council,’ and discuss issues of interest. This is normally held immediately following the May meeting of the Parish Council.
